Job Description
Job Summary:
- Support Oral Care MPD pilot plant operations by executing dentifrice batch-making activities, coordinating raw material readiness, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting product development programs.
- The role requires working closely with scientists and technicians to prepare batches, manage records, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D manufacturing environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have a BS degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines. A
- nalytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
- Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques Produced in academic or industrial settings.
- Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
- Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to Product exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work.
- Accurate documentation and record management, Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with scientists, technicians, and project teams, Ability to identify, escalate, and help resolve manufacturing issues.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site, Ability to lift materials and support batch-preparation activities as needed.
