Job Description

Job Summary:

• Looking for candidates in the in areas of Fab Operator focused on semi-conductor want to model this person as someone working in the apple or Client labs.

Education and Experience:

• A degree is not required for this role, but SEMICONDUCTOR experience is a MUST HAVE.
  If they do have a degree, experience is not required.
• Degree in Physics or Chemistry.
• Experience working as a semiconductor Fab operator/engineer assistant in the cleanroom.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Preferably familiar with wafer processes such as deposition, etch, and Litho as well as metrology tools such as XRD, XRF, SEM, ellipsometry,
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs, as well as be on the feet for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility and adaptability are a must, along with the ability to coordinate the workflow with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Ability to work in a safe and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Execute Workflow of substrates as defined by engineering staff using cleanroom protocol.
• Operate a wide range of equipment including e-testers, metrology equipment, processing equipment, litho.
• Document any abnormalities to Supervisor, EQE, and Process Engineers in a detailed manner.
• Update the pass-down on status of equipment and samples in the workflow.
• Responds to inquiries from other team members, managers, or departments.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of productivity, yield enhancement, and scrap reduction.
• Learns, understands, and adheres to established SOP’s for assigned areas.
