Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs.
• Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction.
• Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses.
• Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics.
• Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature.
• Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor’s research.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.).
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with animal tissue processing.
• Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays.
• Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.
