Job Description
Education and Experience:
Candidates should meet one of the following combinations of education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- In vitro experience in stock solution preparations, weighting, pipetting, incubations for common ADME studies is required.
- HPLC and mass spectrometry skills and hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation is a plus.
- The candidate must demonstrate good communication skills, particularly in documentation of data.
- The candidate must be able to work in a team environment.
- The candidate must be able to deliver when working under assigned timelines and with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with common pharmaceutical laboratory test methods and technical writing is desired.
