Quality Control Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary:

• This position reports to the Quality Control Manger and is part of the Immunology Quality Control department located in Hialeah, Florida and will be an on-site role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and performance testing of raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.
• Investigate and troubleshoot functionality and performance problems.
• Perform and document routine instrument maintenance to ensure compliance and requirements are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guide group dynamics
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with QSR, ISO, cGMP, and internal procedures
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be diligent about updating new departmental documents.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Knowledge of Flow Cytometry
• Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry
