Job Summary:
- This role supports delivery of high-quality oligo nucleon Product product starting materials to innovation and process development teams, enabling ligation-based RNAi manufacturing development and platform expansion.
- The position is responsible for maintaining a reliable supply system to support fast-paced program advancement.

Job Responsibulities:
- Support preparation and delivery of oligo nucleon Product starting materials.
- Execute laboratory procedures related to oligo nucleon Product synthesis, processing, and purification.
- Operate and maintain workflows ensuring reliable material supply.
- Support ligation development through timely substrate preparation.
- Maintain equipment and document workflows and materials.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborates with RNAi Chemical Development, Innovation, and Scale-Up teams.
- Interfaces with API development and oligo nucleon Product production stakeholders.
- Individual contributor within a cross-functional environment.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience: 0–3+ years of relevant lab experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques.
- Experience with HPLC or LC-MS is a plus.
- Familiarity with automated oligo nucleon Product synthesizers (e.g., Mermaid systems) is preferred.
- Experience with ion-exchange purification methods for oligo nucleon Product is preferred.
- Basic understanding of RNAi or oligo nucleon Product chemistry preferred.
