Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This role supports delivery of high-quality oligo nucleon Product product starting materials to innovation and process development teams, enabling ligation-based RNAi manufacturing development and platform expansion.
  • The position is responsible for maintaining a reliable supply system to support fast-paced program advancement.

Job Responsibulities:

  • Support preparation and delivery of oligo nucleon Product starting materials.
  • Execute laboratory procedures related to oligo nucleon Product synthesis, processing, and purification.
  • Operate and maintain workflows ensuring reliable material supply.
  • Support ligation development through timely substrate preparation.
  • Maintain equipment and document workflows and materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborates with RNAi Chemical Development, Innovation, and Scale-Up teams.
  • Interfaces with API development and oligo nucleon Product production stakeholders.
  • Individual contributor within a cross-functional environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–3+ years of relevant lab experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques.
  • Experience with HPLC or LC-MS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated oligo nucleon Product synthesizers (e.g., Mermaid systems) is preferred.
  • Experience with ion-exchange purification methods for oligo nucleon Product is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of RNAi or oligo nucleon Product chemistry preferred.
