Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Research & Development Contractor to support product superiority initiatives for antiperspirant and deodorant products.
- In this role, you will execute laboratory experiments, analyze technical and consumer data, support product development activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and consumer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory experiments, prototype assembly, and product testing following established procedures.
- Document experimental results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from technical evaluations and consumer testing.
- Support technical problem-solving and product development activities.
- Prioritize and execute assigned technical tasks to support innovation projects.
- Utilize internal data management and reporting systems to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve product performance and support project objectives.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established laboratory protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in a laboratory or research environment.
- Ability to execute procedures following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consumer testing methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research.
- Basic experience using research and data management systems such as JMP, EPASS, ELN/Nexus, Enovia, or similar tools.
- Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experimentation experience.
