Product Researcher

Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Research & Development Contractor to support product superiority initiatives for antiperspirant and deodorant products.
• In this role, you will execute laboratory experiments, analyze technical and consumer data, support product development activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and consumer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory experiments, prototype assembly, and product testing following established procedures.
• Document experimental results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from technical evaluations and consumer testing.
• Support technical problem-solving and product development activities.
• Prioritize and execute assigned technical tasks to support innovation projects.
• Utilize internal data management and reporting systems to track project progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve product performance and support project objectives.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established laboratory protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a laboratory or research environment.
• Ability to execute procedures following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer testing methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research.
• Basic experience using research and data management systems such as JMP, EPASS, ELN/Nexus, Enovia, or similar tools.
• Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experimentation experience.
