Job Description
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.
- Experience with a minimum of two of the following technical skills are required: ELISA, FRET, cell culture and aseptic technique, cell-based potency assays, flow cytometry or plate-based biochemical assays (impurity, HCP).
- Experience working in a cGMP environment is required.
- Experience with electronic laboratory notebook is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are required.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required. - Perform experiments and data review according to SOPs and protocols.
- Excellence in bioassay trouble shooting is preferred.
- Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with studies is preferred.
