Job Description

Education & Skills:

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field OR High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills (geometry, trigonometry, algebra).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Must Have:

• Knowledge of routing ENOVIA materials and standards for peer review and approval.
• Experience in originating and revising specifications in ENOVIA.
• Understanding of relationships between master specifications, individual specifications, and related standards.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, table comparisons, data analysis, fill weight sheets).
• Hands-on laboratory experience with basic scientific or procedural work.
• Ability to onboard and work within Client systems for day-to-day applied research activities.
• Experience conducting experiments, sample analysis, and executing standard lab methods.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Ability to identify issues, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience working in an R&D environment focused on product and process development.
• Understanding of relationships between input/output variables and process optimization.
• Ability to independently run, monitor, and improve equipment and processes.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
