Job Description
Education & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field OR High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math skills (geometry, trigonometry, algebra).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of routing ENOVIA materials and standards for peer review and approval.
- Experience in originating and revising specifications in ENOVIA.
- Understanding of relationships between master specifications, individual specifications, and related standards.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, table comparisons, data analysis, fill weight sheets).
- Hands-on laboratory experience with basic scientific or procedural work.
- Ability to onboard and work within Client systems for day-to-day applied research activities.
- Experience conducting experiments, sample analysis, and executing standard lab methods.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Ability to identify issues, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience working in an R&D environment focused on product and process development.
- Understanding of relationships between input/output variables and process optimization.
- Ability to independently run, monitor, and improve equipment and processes.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
