Job Description
Job Summary:
- The main function of a Research Associate is to support the execution of health outcomes research studies that evaluate the value of healthcare interventions.
- This role involves managing study activities, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of scientific communications and strategic planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of research studies, including database analysis, literature reviews, and modelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of outcomes research with medical and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of abstracts, posters, presentations, and publications.
- Coordinate activities such as advisory panels and best practice sharing with programmer stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-7 years experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and research skills, including familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods.
- Ability to interpret and summarize scientific data clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in preparing scientific communications and presentation materials.
- Effective collaboration and project coordination skills.
