Job Summary:
- The Specialist – Contractor will be responsible for the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption and other operational processes/tasks within the team.
- Collaborates with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs and development of innovative, digital content for various customer types.
- The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Innovative Content Creation & Maintenance.
- Quality Checks of Scientific Content.
- Departmental & Strategic Support.
Education:
- Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Scientific background is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, innovative content creation; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) – comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
- Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based / hybrid work model (3/days in office).
- Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hyper care periods (may require flexible hours).
- Frequent collaboration via Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings.
