Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Specialist – Contractor will be responsible for the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption and other operational processes/tasks within the team.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs and development of innovative, digital content for various customer types.
  • The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Content Creation & Maintenance.
  • Quality Checks of Scientific Content.
  • Departmental & Strategic Support.

Education:

  • Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Scientific background is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, innovative content creation; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) – comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
  • Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving orientation and ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Team player who can work independently when needed.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based / hybrid work model (3/days in office).
  • Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hyper care periods (may require flexible hours).
  • Frequent collaboration via Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings.
