Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing input to helps drive the Global RWD/E Strategy & Tactical Plan based on request from the RWE Strategy Lead responsible for the respective patient population and asset.
- Leading and supporting RWE study design, planning and execution, including protocol development and analysis specification following best methodological standards.
- Collaborating with client and Client RWE colleagues and external vendors on RWE projects.
- Providing RWE Analysts with clarifications concerning insights and/or protocol implementation.
- Driving interpretation of analysis in collaboration with RWE Strategy Lead, Expert & internal stakeholders, and communicating analysis interpretation internally and externally.
- Providing strategic input to internal stakeholders based on RWE activities and robust epidemiological and medical understanding of the patient population in focus.
- Representing RWE on cross-functional teams within the Asset (e.g., Medical Team, Patient Safety, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial/Marketing, etc.)
Minimal requirement:
- 3 or more years experience successfully conceptualizing and delivering RWE projects using primary or secondary data (within the pharmaceutical industry or with a recognized expert consultancy or academic center of excellence).
Desirable experience:
- PhD in epidemiology or outcome research with additional depth and breadth of experience.
- 5 yrs experience in pharmaceutical industry.
