Job Summary:
- We are seeking an energetic individual with effective communication, technical and operational skills to join our team.
- The candidate will follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and work in compliance with EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and any other required manufacturing or company systems (e.g., E1 (Enterprise 1), Agile, Track wise, etc.).
- This position will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving daily production schedules and product quality goals.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will follow SOPs and work in compliance with EH&S, GLP, and any other required manufacturing or company systems (e.g., E1, Agile, Track wise, etc.).

- Demonstrate a basic understanding of scientific principles, biology.
- Culture and maintain cells using aseptic technique.
- Operate manual and automated laboratory equipment like ELISA, PCR etc.
- Perform mathematical calculations routinely (e.g., viability, concentration, and density).
- Record information accurately into various electronic databases (e.g., raw and calculated data, inventory transfers, routing hours).
- Review data, recognize and report inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and think critically.
- Anticipate needs and problems while creating solutions using the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) tool.
- Scheduling, closing work orders, and NPI.
- Understand and apply good documentation practices consistently when documenting work.
- Follows client safety guidelines and any additional duties given by the supervisor
- On-call Hours required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 0-2 years related experience.
- Knowledge of Aseptic Technique/cGMP manufacturing.
- 0-2 years of mammalian Cell Culture experience.
- Hepatocytes or primary cells culture experienced preferred.
- Must be customer focused, able to work under pressure with team.
- Anticipate needs and problems while creating solutions using PPI (Practical Process Improvement) tool.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proven ability to follow policies and procedures consistently and independently; written and verbal instruction, and to meet schedules required.
- Able to work with business computer software with logistics related databases desired and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to be on call, and to work some weekends if needed.
