Associate Scientist

Job Description

Job Summary:

• The candidate will join an interdisciplinary and highly collaborative team to support and advance our preclinical Client pipeline.
• The ideal candidate will have direct, hand-on experience performing in vitro cell-based assays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and Client payloads.
• Data analysis and presentation of results.
• Provide general operational support for team, including inventory of common lab supplies, waste management, and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Comply with all safety training and good laboratory practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience with cell culture and cell-based assays.
• Experience with experimental design and interpretation of results.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to use appropriate software to perform data analysis.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software.

Hard Skills:

• Mammalian Cell Culture.
• In Vitro Assays.
• Cell-based assays.

Preferred Skills:

• PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
• Presentation of Data to internal stake holders.
• Familiarity with data systems (GraphPad Prism).
