Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Master Planner works as part of part of the Master Planning team to align Demand / Supply Plans for bulk product delivery, receipt & release, and/or clinical supply packaging, transfer, and distribution activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and/or manage activity schedules.
  • Define and establish metrics, measure, and compare products benchmarks, monitor change control, and continuously optimize process.
  • Coordinate master schedules deliverables with internal or external partners.
  • Monitor timelines and communications with stakeholders.
  • Monitor schedule adherence.
  • Facilitate Scheduler Forums.
  • Maintain Business Rules and Standard Cycle Times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience with High school or Associate degree.
  • Experience in clinical development and/or clinical supplies preferred.
  • Experience with clinical trials preferred.
  • Prior supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented and proven organization skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Understanding of cGMPs.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Ability to function independently with minimal or no daily supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactfully and to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to think logically and to critically evaluate and solve problems.
  • Interpersonal skills and professional values necessary for effective teamwork.

Note:

  • Hybrid role, require to come 2 days/week onsite.
  • 6 months assignment with possibility of extension.
