Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
- Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to Product exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work
Education and Experience:
- Must have a BS (MS, PhD) degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
- Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques Produced in academic or industrial settings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to independently make dentifrice batches on the 4L and 15L making systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot dentifrice batch making processes.
- Able to be onsite.
- Timely completion of work.
- Get things done.
- Ask for Clarity on task details.
- Execute with minimal instructions.
- Microsoft Office.
- Pay high attention to detail.
- Punctual.
- Responsive.
- Willing to work in lab setting.
- Prior Client Experience.
- Communication Skills Strong communication skills.
- Level 4 or Higher Job Experience making dentifrice.
Nice To Have:
- Experience operating in Nexus is a plus.
