R&D Analyst

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a meticulous Fragrance R&D Analyst to join our team.
• This role is key in managing fragrance raw material qualification and maintaining precise documentation to bolster our fragrance development and production efforts.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills, with a passion for the fragrance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the fragrance coding and specification management processes.
• Collect, verify, and manage documentation for fragrance raw materials.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracking report for fragrance raw materials and provide weekly updates to management.
• Collaborate effectively with the fragrance team, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers to acquire necessary information.
• Cultivate strong relationships across teams to support seamless information flow and process efficiency.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience; industry experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
