Job Description
Product of the Request:
- End to End Process impact analysis for the compliance requirements to comply with new / Changes in the Regulations along with their scoping, prioritization and Mitigation Actions.
Outline the current state:
- Disparate processes by different functions and are supported by different IT systems.
- The solution required across the value chain is difficult to assess the impact and Product.
- Independent manual trackers are maintained by various functions.
- Compliance required end-to-end coordination and integration across different departments and systems.
Project Deliverables / Outcomes:
- Plan with Mitigation Action for compliance of the regulation impacted products.
- Impact Analysis of New or Change in the Regulations, Uniform Scoping & Prioritization across impacted functional teams to work (e.g. Regulatory, Formulations, RMM, GSR, Value Chain), Data Integration (e.g. different systems RDS, SAP / Trackers Boardwalk, Smartsheet, Excel), Planning, Mitigation Actions, Progress monitoring, and Reporting & Coordinating.
Analysis & Recommendations:
- Liaison with different departments (e.g. RMM, Regulatory, Value Chain, GSR) to analyze the changes, identify impacted formulations, perform root cause analysis, recommendation resolution through prioritization.
Cross System & Data Integration:
- Liaison with IT to consolidate and reconcile data from R&D Cross functional systems, SAP, and manual trackers maintained by different teams (e.g. NPL – Boardwalk, Reformulation – Smartsheet, Excel file trackers).
Reporting and Communication:
- Develop and operationalize a cohesive and reliable dashboard for weekly update that track regulatory exposure and mitigation progress.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights for respective teams to execute and mitigate.
Learnings and Improvements:
- Capture and apply the learnings to improve the processes and integrating between different departments.
- Work with Business and IT for improving / gap fill in the system through enhancement implementation.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Excel, strong communications skills- able to work cross functionally with different levels, comfortable working within data (previous analysis experience), able to meet deadlines, able to prioritize, able to multi-task while still staying detail oriented, etc.
Interview process:
- 1st round interview with Associate Director, R&D in-person at Farmingdale offices.
- Please note, if this individual cannot interview on-site for the 1st round interview then there will be 2 rounds of interviews.
- The 1st round would be video and then the 2nd would be in-person.
