Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and Product access to the Client RMS (Records Management System); after which, to collaborate with department stakeholders to index, verify, archive, and possibly transmit, collect/receive applicable site records/documents.
- Note that ‘archive’ may include boxing/prepping for shipping to offsite storage location.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience working in a regulated industry (preferably GxP), basic Microsoft Excel functions, and experience in a document control or records management capacity.
- Minimum education will include AS degree in a Science or Business major.
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours; sit at a computer for 4-8 hours; lift up to 50lbs
- Position has a possibility of being extended as/if project timelines shift, but not to exceed 12 months
