Job Description

Job Summary:

• All roles related to the clinical and non-clinical development of competitive products and solutions.
• Activities include, all aspects of research, technology development, product development, solution development and testing.
• Designs and synthesizes compounds and materials.
• Employs structure/property relationships, scientific databases and molecular modelling in multiparameter optimization of compound and material profiles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Impact:

• Impacts the results of own and closely related teams with own contributions.

2. Complexity:

• Performs a range of non-routine assignments to solve problems of moderate complexity that require working knowledge and experience in own job discipline.

3. Accountability/ Independence:

• Accountable for the quality of own work.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Education and Experience:

• Typically graduate background plus some relevant professional experience.
• BS Degree plus 3-5 yrs exp or MS degree
