Job Summary:
- Provide customers with high-quality analysis and service using PSX products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses using PSX products within routine Clinical Sample Analysis in compliance with PSX internal regulations.
- Handle, analyze and process laboratory samples (small to large sample sets) with high quality and per established protocols.
- Work independently within the Clinical Sample Analysis team and collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure alignment of global Olink processes.
- Understand and work according to established methods, processes and techniques concerning Clinical Sample Analysis.
- Actively maintain documentation and systems within the unit’s quality system.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and provide a customer service-focus on all aspects of the work.
- Collaborate with more experienced Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist to solve technical or sample-related issues, customer or general problems.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the lab.
- Take on a supporting or lead role as an equipment superuser alongside a more experienced Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist. Install, operate, maintain and repair laboratory equipment, systems and supplies in close communication internally within PSX and instrument vendors.

Education/Certifications:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher within the Life Sciences field or similar.
Required Skills:
- One or more years of documented experience in laboratory work preferred, with large sample cohorts and service organizations.
Technical skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to meet internal and external customers in a professional and customer-friendly way.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office programs and an ability to learn other software and systems.
Personal skills:
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Thorough, flexible, self-motivated, and proactive team player interested in working across teams and disciplines.
