Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare biological samples (cells, tissues, plasma) for LC-MS analysis.
- Perform protein lysis, immunoprecipitation, digestion, filtration, and concentration.
- Design and execute experiments in collaboration with scientists.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods.
- Analyze, interpret, and document results in electronic lab notebooks.
- Present findings and contribute to team discussions.
- Maintain high standards of lab safety and data integrity.
Education and Experience:
- BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field + 3–5 years of experience.
- MS + 1–3 years of experience.
- This role is not open to fresh graduates or PhD holders.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows.
- Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques.
- Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus.
- Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols.
- Excellent data organization and communication skills.
