Job Summary:

• We’re seeking a Forensic Scientist I to join our Toxicology Lab. This role involves confirmation testing of donor specimens, including preparation, extraction, and instrument operation. You’ll report to the Department Supervisor and support quality standards in forensic testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle specimens per chain-of-custody protocols.
• Prepare reagents and perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Operate instruments and analyze samples.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform quality checks.
• Support validation of methods and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, or related science required.
• 1+ year of lab experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of lab procedures and attention to detail.
