Cytometry Technician

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in the use of pH meters and conductivity meters.
• Operation of a blood/hematology analyzer or centrifuge.
• Handling and testing of blood samples.

Education and Experience:

• Education with either an associate’s degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field) or 0-1 years of equivalent experience working in a laboratory setting.

Schedule Notes:

• Everything will be first shift (some flexibility if they want an earlier start to the day but roughly 8:00am-4:30pm) with the exception of one day every 1-2 months where everyone works closer to second shift (12:00pm-8:30pm).
• That one day would always fall on a Thursday.
