Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of basic laboratory techniques for application in all aspects of Reagent Bead production.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures used in Reagent Bead manufacturing.
- Reagent Formulation Lab equipment maintenance.
- Maintain work area in compliance with GLP and cGMP.
- Follow client Safety Practices.
- Support company goals and objectives, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and operational binders.
- Cross train in dispensing, aliquoting and moisture analysis.
- Document batch notes and Client’s.
- Reviews batch record accurately and in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- AA/BS Degree (science background preferred) and/or 0-3+ year experience in Reagent Manufacturing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Power point).
Technical Skills:
- Solid technical scientific and laboratory skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in desktop software applications such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Ability to perform in SAP operations.
- Ability to perform Track-Wise and ARIBA.
- Solid collaboration and team skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to lift 20 lbs liquid nitrogen dewar.
- Flexibility to cover rotating duties.
