Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are currently seeking a QC Technician I who will be responsible for evaluating products made and/or distributed by the OpCo.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable workspace and enforce ISO:9001 guidelines as required.
  Using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product.
• Following FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed.
• Performing minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation.
• Following all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area.
• Supporting key initiatives as assigned by department leadership.
• Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager.

Education and Experience:

• The manager is looking for candidates who only have a high school and/or college diploma degree without any experience.
• Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.
• Typically, less than 2 years of experience.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Requires analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion.
• Lab experience preferred.

Good to have:

• Chemistry related course (not mandatory).
• Pay attention to details.
