Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Laboratory Technician will work with automated machines, data analysis tools, and lab equipment to manufacture and qualify microplates used in Client’s Echo products.
  • This role is hands-on and requires technical expertise in lab operations and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, fill, and test microplates following established procedures.
  • Analyze large datasets using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Assist with process improvements and problem-solving activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical, manufacturing, or laboratory roles.
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, VB, MS Access, Windows Explorer.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • BS degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, centrifuges, plate readers, and liquid handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
