Staff Pathologist

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic pathology analysis.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory and medical regulations.
• Collaborate with medical teams on case reviews.
• Support research and clinical trials through pathology insights.
• Contribute to quality control and assurance processes.

Experience:

• 0–5 years of experience.
• Experience with developing and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms for quantitative image analysis of cancer tissue biomarkers.
• Experience in IHC-supervised annotation procedures for tumor identification, specifically outlining tumor cells in a localized area.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.

Preferred (Optional):

• Board certification in pathology required.
