Job Requirements/Skills:

• An understanding of hair chemistry and the complex chemistry that occurs during coloring and bleaching.
• An understanding of mechanisms to prevent radical damage including metal ion control via chelation and addition of radical scavenging antioxidants.
• Bleach chemistry for hair care.
• Expert in oxidative chemistry including hydrogen peroxide/ammonia and hydrogen peroxide/ammonium persulfate oxidant systems.
